| Cartridges with print heads built into the unit
use a fast drying ink therefore the more ink that flows through
will keep the print head lubricated and the ink flowing. Sitting
ink cartridges will allow the ink to pool in the print head
and dry as solid as concrete. |

| 2. Do not place tape or plastic clip
over the print head when transporting. |
We will return your filled ink cartridge with
a taped print head and a plastic clip for easy transport home.
This is to ensure that no air will get inside the cleaned print
head. Once you get your print cartridge home simply remove the
clip and tape and place immediately in your printer. When empty,
please do not replace tape or the clip as the print head is
now full of ink and therefore would contaminate the
colours if anything were to be placed over top. Just throw in
a baggie to return to us and bring along the clip- we can use
it again after your cartridge has been filled and cleaned once
again. |

| 3. Do not use when empty or dry. |
| Using cartridges when they are empty or dry will
often result in the electronics in the print head being damaged
beyond recovery, leaving streaks throughout the print or even
total cartridge failure. |

| 4. Do not leave your cartridge exposed
to the elements. |
| In our ever changing climate please do not leave
your cartridge exposed to extreme temperatures. Extreme hot
or cold temperatures will affect the ink inside and could cause
some unpleasant side effects such as an inky mess! As soon as
possible transport home and place in your printer. |

| 5. Pick me up quickly. |
| Please pickup your cartridge(s) within 30 days.
Unclaimed cartridges will be placed into our recycled stock
to cover our costs. |
